Welcome to the U.S. Army Marketing and Communication Proposal System. Due to the heavy volume of proposals we receive, we have developed this online process to allow us to better manage, track and respond to your submission. In order to submit a proposal on this System, you will be required to register for this site. Registering for the site will allow us to collect the contact information required to respond to your proposal.

The upcoming questionnaire is designed to provide the U.S. Army with the information necessary to evaluate the opportunity.

Following the completion of this questionnaire, you will be given the opportunity to upload any attachments (PowerPoint, Word, Jpegs etc.) you feel will help us with our evaluation.

Submission Guidelines

1. Proposals must be submitted electronically. You can attach file(s) to accompany your questionnaire.
2. Please ensure that the questionnaire is fully and accurately completed in order for the U.S. Army to evaluate the opportunity.

To gain access to the proposal system, you must first register for an account on the GoArmy.com web site. Please visit GoArmy Accounts and complete the registration process. Once complete, you may return to this web site and login with your new GoArmy.com user id and password.
